Please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of your order. Usually delivery is a lot quicker than this but can be delayed during busy periods or orders placed over weekend. If you have not received your order, please firstly check the tracking number which would have been emailed to you by Evri when your order was dispatched. Please also check around your property to check your parcel has not been left in a safe place. We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, USA and Australia, please contact us if you are outside of one of these countries to see if we can ship to you.
We are so confident that you’ll love our products that we’re giving you 30 days to experience the benefits of your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy after 30 days you can request a refund.

You must return the item and use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery - we cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us.
You will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
If you have just placed your order and noticed it is incorrect we may be able to amend or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and dispatched by our Fulfilment Team. Please do email us for any urgent order changes to hello@wearehalohealth.com . If you have received your order and realised you have ordered incorrectly please feel free to return this order to us for a full refund and order the correct product directly from our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time.

The majority of our products are in bottles or tubes which will not fit through your letterbox. However, coffee pouches and samples can delivered successfully through your letterbox.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns currently.
